This week is going to be a short week, due to the fact that we do not have school Thursday March 4th 2010! It’s going to go by quickly so stay on top of assignments!
Reading 7:
We are reading "Touching Spirit Bear" this week!
The goal of the reading homework revolves around fluency and practicing solid reading strategies! I would like students to go through this week's reading homework, and read it OUT-LOUD, in order to improve fluency.
Monday: Read 3 pages out loud and write 5 sentences in reading log, accompanied with date! Spelling packet #9 received
Tuesday: Read 5 pages out loud, accompanied by 7 sentences in your reading log, and date! Creative Writing Journal #9 due Wednesday
Wednesday: Don't forget spelling packet #9 and quiz WEDNESDAY this week! No school Thursday!
READING 8:
We are currently acting out "Romeo and Juliet"
